Company Overview :Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is a leading marketing and advertising company based in India.With a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions to our clients, we strive to create impactful campaigns that drive results.Our team of dedicated professionals is constantly pushing boundaries and exploring new avenues in the marketing industry.Role And Responsibilities :- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to join our team.- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and modifying Salesforce API to support external integrations, SSO, Community portal, and system integrations.- You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SF architecture and a strong background in configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC.- You should also have practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce com controls.- Other responsibilities include handling data migration, data import, and export automation, data modeling, and data security.- Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15+ members.Candidate Qualifications :To qualify for this role, you should have :- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SF architecture- Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Lightning Aura Components, and LWC- Practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com controls- Data migration, data import, and export automation experience- Data modeling and data security knowledge- Experience in leading a team of 15+ membersRequired Skills :- Salesforce API development- SSO integration- Community portal development- System integration- Data migrationEducational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
