JD:
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
· Must have experience in recruitment in engineering industry/ IT Industry/ Banking Industry.
· Must have well expertise in Banking hiring/ Engineering hiring, well know about banking product.
· Understanding the hiring requirements of client.
· Attracting candidates through various channels like Jobs board, social media and professional networks
· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates .
· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
· Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
· Daily MIS maintain
· Must be target oriented.
