Job description
Responsible for prospecting, acquisition, onboarding, and servicing of affinity partners with GWP and P/L accountability
- Should have relevant affinity experience of at least 2-3 years in Insurance space at least 5-6 years of total experience
- Strong relationship building technical skills
- Prospecting and acquiring new tie-ups for affinity channels for defined geographies
- Responsible for acquisition empanelment of new tie-ups across NBFCs, MFIs, Housing finance companies among others.
- Responsible for activating, handholding, launching products, processes, IT systems, trainings etc to ensure maximum wallet share from the relationship
- Achieving high business renewal, cross sell, up sell, manage loss ratios and driving important strategic initiatives
- Regular engagement across all levels of channel, including regular RRs, trainings etc, wherever required
- Interact with multiple internal stakeholders across IT, operations, HR etc to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of channel partners
