Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Inside Sales) - For their Own products
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team and sell our investment products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance Products, and Investments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, with 1-5 years of experience in selling investment products.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements.
• Provide accurate information about our investment products, including their features, benefits, and returns.
• Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers on a regular basis to build long-term relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in inside sales of investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections.
• Knowledge of investment products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance Products, and Investments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 

Education and Certification:

PUC/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Certification in Financial Planning, Investment, or Insurance will be an added advantage.

Must be a graduate and above from a recognized university.
Minimum 6 months to 1Yrs experience of Inside Sales
Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
Work from the office.

People with Sales exp in FOS, Front Desk, Kiosk are not eligible for this.
Preference will be given to Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance Sales, Product based Sales will be preferred.
Experience in Cold Calling will have an added advantage.
Package - As per current industry standards + Performance based incentives + Other allowances.)
Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Interview Process:

1st Round - Test gorilla test (Need to clear before the drive)
2nd Round - Quality Round - Evaluation of Communication skills (English and Hindi both)
3rd Round - Ops Round (Evaluation of Sales effectiveness and thinking)
Final Round - Cultural Fitment Round
