Job Description
- Work closely with senior resources in developing POCs, alternate solutions/workflows to strengthen and extend the client relationship
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Operation Leads in building new opportunities, assist in review & scope, setting up of teams
- Interact with the client contacts, comprehend client briefs, take design decisions and manage resources for effective execution of projects
- Manage and maintain the overall design quality of the teams, work closely with key individuals on critical projects across marketing collateral designs, presentations, illustrations
- Facilitate collaboration between multiple teams with different skill sets in an effort to achieve a superior output for the client
- Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, posters, Web sites, identity systems and promotional campaigns for print and Web
- Synthesize information to develop creative, innovative design solutions for diverse, corporate client base
- Work creatively within a Corporate Brand to maintain and enhance the Firm's identity
- Should tutor/mentor/train the designer (s) and also be responsible for the quality of work delivered by them
