Job description
Our DevOps team is responsible for operating platform including several applications, APIs and services and ensure reliability, uptime, performance, security, and observability for our Infrastructure.
Experience: 3-5 yrs.
Location: Indore
Notice Period: 0-15 Days or immediate joiners are also highly preferred
Mode of Hire: Permanent (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
· Automating various tasks in cloud operations, deployment, monitoring & performance optimization.
· Build Clusters and High Availability Environments for Databases and Applications over multiple
Infrastructures
· Build, release, and configuration management of production systems.
· Develop CI/CD pipelines for new applications and services
· System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains.
· Build tools to improve observability
· Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
· Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
· Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Experience:
· At least 3-4 years of experience in DevOps roles.
· Must have hands-on experience in AWS, Jenkins, Python/Bash, Docker and Kubernetes.
· Must have hands-on experience with Databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL and their
Clustering for High Availability.
· Experience with SCM tools (Bitbucket/GitHub) also patch management, threat detection and
prevention tools.
· Experience with networking patterns for cloud-hosted services such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
· Experience running deployment automation/configuration management systems at scale -- e.g.,
Chef, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation etc.
· Good communication and collaboration skills.
Key Requirements:
· Collaborate with Architects and Tech Lead to finalize implementation plan to deploy PHP, JAVA
Maven, Angular, Node JS, Android applications on Windows Servers & Linux Servers.
· Create and maintain build and release pipelines for legacy and new services to achieve zero
downtime deployments in Jenkins.
· Create automation to ensure consistency in the deployment, maintenance, and operation of our
products and services.
· Developing and maintaining AWS cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
· Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
· Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
· Deep knowledge of AWS networking, EC2, RDS, S3, EBS, EKS etc.
· Understanding of data stores like Elastic search and Redis
· Knowledge of tools such as Loki, Promtail, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
· Must have experience in deploying, releasing, and managing production systems.
