Real Estate Salesperson

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Salesperson role located in Mohali district. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Real Estate Salesperson will also be responsible for keeping up to date with trends and changes in the real estate industry and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Active Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate
• Ability to close sales and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Fluency in local languages is an asset
