Job description
Years of research have shown that many organizations have a surplus of people, but a shortage of Contributors.
Illumine's Contributor Initiative has a range of platforms and tools for promoting & sustaining contribution thinking (as different from activity-focused thinking & target-focused thinking) in organizations.
These tools & products have been developed through consulting engagements with India's best companies and incorporating inputs from several leaders/ CXOs. After more than a decade of research in this area, Illumine is now ready to scale and make this available to organizations in the form of (i) large-scale capacity interventions (ii) learning platforms (iii) assessment models, etc.
We are looking for Business Development Partners/ Contributor Evangelists who are excited about this vision of creating a new Contribution Work Ethic in India.
You can be associated with us as a Partner (location-agnostic) or as a full-time employee (based in Mumbai). All you need is a proven track record in business development and experience in strategic selling to CXOs.
