Location: Mumbai Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HRBP team in various human resources functions, contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Requirements
· Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
· Collaborate with HRBP team to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
· Support HRBP in managing employee data, including updates and maintenance.
· Aid in payroll processing by validating and maintaining accurate employee records.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:· Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related field is required.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
· Previous experience in HR or related roles is a plus.
