Responsible for inbound and outbound Logistics activities .
Responsible for Operational Purchase function which includes Negotiation and POs to suppliers .
Obtain information about prices, suppliers and products.
Comparing, evaluating and preparing incoming offers.
Prepare, follow up and document price negotiations.
Checking and preparing contract documents.
Carry out price comparisons to optimize the procurement situation.
Determine, verify and forecast purchase demands.
Check and maintain master data.
Check and complete PO data.
Coordinate delivery times between consumers (assembly) and suppliers and monitor compliance with delivery deadlines.
Check invoices and derive suitable measures in coordination with the strategic buyers.
Check and analyze supplier evaluations and correct them in coordination with the purchasers if necessary.
Create and prepare analyses.
Determine and prepare process key figures.
Support with delivery escalations in the event of missing parts.
Coordinating and optimizing logistical parameters (lead times, batch sizes, transport, packaging) at the interface between supplier and assembly to ensure an optimal supply of parts in line with requirements.
Active participation in supplier quality management in cooperation with related departments

Qualification
Diploma in mechanical Engineering
Value Add - SAP knowledge with Strategic/operational purchasing work experience.
Experience
5 to 8 years in relevant function.
Understand the Drawing specification and processes.
Experience in the purchasing or quality department.
Proficient in strategic purchasing, with abundant supply resources in Mechanical and electrical parts, could continuously integrate and optimize the supplier pool according to the companys needs.
Proficiency in SAP and Power BI experience is additional.
