Job Overview
We are hiring a Staff Nurse for our Multi-specialty Hospital in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, Ind ia. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing excellent patient care in various department such as General ward, Surgical ward, ICU, and Emergency. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.
Qualifications and Skills
- GNM/ B.Sc Nursing
- Valid state nursing license
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
- Strong knowledge of general ward, surgical ward, ICU, and emergency nursing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
