Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator. The project coordinator should have a keen interest in website and web technologies and have some experience in managing website projects. The Project Co-Ordinator's are client facing, and they operationalize the end-to-end updates of regular updates of work on a given website project; The Project coordinator ensures that the work completed matches the brief. The nature of updates on a website are time bound, and the Project Coordinator should be able to appreciate the same.
Task Management
- Streamlining all requests for updates on websites promptly to the appropriate resource for task completion, making full use of project management and collaboration tools.
- Work with assigned resources to deliver client requirements in a timely fashion.
- Drive adherence to SLAs and KPIs on delivery.
Quality Management
- Checking completed tasks and ensuring they meet the set requirement and quality standards decided.
- Use Industry standard tools to test deliverables when needed and provide feedback to the dev team for correction.
Client Management
- Build strong working relationships internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings with the agency business teams (when needed), ensuring all pertinent actions are captured and subsequently delivered on.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web site technologies.
- Working Experience with HTML/CSS and web design principals is appreciated.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
- A strong team-player, with the ability to work as an individual when needed.
