Role Summary ConveGenius Insights (CGI) is seeking an ambitious professional with a result-oriented approach to join as an Educational Specialist , Assessments . The Assessment team is involved in creating engaging and insightful assessment tools that test the level of understanding of the content and competence in the subject skills of children. For this role, we are looking for a passionate individual who would love to go deeper into how children learn subjects and to lead the team in building high-quality learning modules and assessment tools that can uncover gaps in students' learning. Initially the candidate will be positioned in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh to execute a project with the HP state government and post which the candidate may be relocated to Hyderabad as per business requirement. The key domains of work will include but not be limited to blueprint development, assessment research, item review and capacity building of state officials and teachers on assessments.
