Designation : Manager - Fund Accounting

Skills required:
- CA/CMA – with good knowledge in India/ Domestic Accounting
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Fund accounting.
- Has worked on India based funds.
- Has good knowledge of Compliance - SEBI/IFSCA/ADGM, Direct & Indirect taxation, RBI/MAS, monetary authorities.
- Has good knowledge of TDS & GST.
- Knowledge of books closure and reporting as per Indian Accounting Standards.
- Experience in Fund Setup.
- Experience in Cashflow management – Banking, inward/outward remittance, FIRC, deployment, temporary investment, portfolio investment.
- Experience in reporting – Regulatory, audit co-ordination, investor.
- Smart and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication.
