Junior Graphic Designer

About the organisation:

Roles and Responsibilities:

I. Digital

Develop content in sync with digital marketing strategies and content plans. This includes social calendars, topical coverages and campaigns. Drive the creative output for our social media channels, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Possess an in-depth understanding of visual assets for search engines, programmatic content and website/app. Creation of promotional and hyperlocal content assets for campaigns. Work on integrated marketing launch plans along with the core team for always-on, campaigns, brand launches and events. Produce custom HTML designs for e-Commerce marketing campaigns. Work towards established metrics for increase in brand saliency along with respective brand managers. Maintaining reports for brand performance on a regular basis - monthly, quarterly, and annually. Identification of relevant trends and incorporation of the same to increase engagement.

II. Design:

Lead brand visual identity & tonality along with the brand team to maintain coherence of communication across collaterals. Conceptualise and create a brand look for campaigns, brand launches and events. Drive and plan brand shoots on quarterly basis with the core creative team. Work cohesively with stakeholders across verticals to drive creative communications across campaigns and AV material. Drive corporate re-branding, redesign logo, documents, presentations, branding standards and refresh guidelines. Collaborate with Art Director and other senior leaders to create powerful and innovative designs on strategic tasks. Execute direct mail campaigns, surveys and market studies along with relevant teams Drive the RFP process along with relevant stakeholders for agency selection and validate creative output.

III. Supporting Trade Marketing

Support the TM team with collateral requirements on a regular basis. This will include creatives assets for events & salons Possess an understanding of on-ground assets, such as, POS, promotional and activation material. Primary/ Must have skills:

1-2 years of relevant experience Experience of working with Fashion, Beauty & Retail brands A complete portfolio of all designed work/projects Eye to detail Understanding of colour theory and strong design aesthetics Good communication, organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.

Software Knowledge:

Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Lightroom Blender CINEMA 4D DA Vinci Resolve Canva Figma
