Job description
Responsibilities :Analyze the car rental ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape and user requirementsConceptualise, launch and optimize products and features, experiment, test their performance and iterate quicklyWork collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing and design teamsDevelop innovative solutions to some of the most difficult problems by collaborating as needed across product areas, and functionsRequirements :Tier 1 Engineering/MBA collegeProven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-makingStrong data skillsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholdersExperience developing and launching productsExperience leading product vision, go-to-market strategy and design discussionsEntrepreneurial and analytical skills; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing changeHands-on mentality (ref:hirist.tech)
