Our customers typically improve their tractor income by up to 30%, making Krishe SmartKit’s payback period less than 2 months.

Role Overview: We are looking for a VP of Engineering with a strong background in technology and leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding our engineering teams and overseeing all technological developments. Key Qualifications: Experience: At least 12-15 years in the tech industry, with experience in startups and the service sector. Technical Skills: Hands-on Expertise in Python, data science, cloud architectures (AWS and Azure), web development (Django, PostgreSQL, FastAPI), and basic knowledge of frontend development and IoT. Data Engineering: A solid understanding of data engineering concepts to help us build and maintain ETL pipelines of 200 million daily pings. Personal Qualities: Intelligence and Empathy: A good balance of IQ and EQ, able to simplify complex technology for the team. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts. Communication: Clear and effective communicator, capable of explaining technical concepts in simple terms. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, especially in critical situations, and the ability to foster team unity. Hands-On Approach: Willingness to engage directly with projects and technologies. Agile Methodology: Experience with agile project management.
