Position: HR Intern

Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will assist our HR team in various administrative tasks and gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, such as preparing paperwork and conducting orientations
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in employee training and development programs
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and performance evaluation processes
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees
- Contribute to the overall improvement of HR processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for urban innovation and making a positive impact in communities
- Previous HR experience or coursework is a plus
