Role And Responsibilities - Identify prospects and prepare listings of potential customers
- Obtain and update contact details of individuals
- Influence customers to purchase services by delivering a prepared sales talk with detailed information and price quotations
- Explain products or services in detail to potential clients
- Proactively call active and potential clients to encourage product purchases
- Manage and maintain client lists
- Create and send email campaigns to targeted customers
- Obtain customer information and enter orders into computer systems
- Address clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions promptly and professionally
Candidate Qualifications Required Skills - Proficient with Excel Formulas (Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF)
- Knowledge of creating MIS Reports
- Good Typing Speed
- Well-versed with Internet Knowledge
- Fluent in spoken English
