• Lead 10-15 branches selling Self Employed Professionals Loan, Personal Loan, and Loan Against Property.
• Guide distribution of X-sell products and improve portfolio performance.
• Mentor and coach team members to uphold customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
• Create a focus on automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs holistically.
• Attract and retain top talent to meet bank's growth targets.
Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Technology, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, Management.
• Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.
• 20+ years of relevant experience.
