Experience - 3 to 6 years

Location -Pune

1)Investment proof and Flexible benefit proof validation and approvals

2)Payroll recovery input upload and reconciliations

3)Share investment proof related communications to employees

4)Payroll related activities including bank and JV posting on SAP

5) Full and final settlement processing and advance Gratuity working

6)Should have good knowledge of income tax sections for personal taxation and actual investment proof validation

7) Handle employee queries related to income tax and Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) and recoveries

8) Handle audit queries

9)Excellent written and vocal communication preferred

Other skills

• Should have good knowledge of income tax sections for personal taxation and actual investment proof validation.
• Handling employee queries related to income tax and payroll.
• JV reconciliation
• Statutory payments PF, PT and LWF
• Quarter return filing activity and Form 16
• SAP FICO knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and vocal communication
