Position Overview:

FluxGen seeks a highly motivated Technical Sales Representation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge on business development, with a strong focus on expanding market reach. They will play a key role in driving growth and establishing FluxGen as a leader in water intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and government agencies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and deliver presentations, to effectively communicate FluxGen's value proposition to potential clients. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to refine decision-making and strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the environmental or sustainability sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Knowledge in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of water conservation, wastewater treatment, or related technologies is a plus. Willingness to travel to client places all over India.
