Job description
# Independently manage shift activities, ensuring efficient operation and coordination with other departments.
# Address and resolve technical breakdowns during shifts, documenting incidents accurately and communicating details effectively.
# Develop and implement basic PLC programming, with a preference for Siemens S7 systems, to optimize machinery operations.
# Maintain and troubleshoot Siemens AC and DC drives and motors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
# Configure and calibrate various PID controllers and sensors, including temperature controllers, RTD, TC, pressure transducers, proximities, and photo sensors for precise control over manufacturing processes.
# Oversee pneumatic systems, including SOVs, reed switches, E/P transducers, tubes, cylinders, and fittings, ensuring they are in good working condition.
# Supervise the operation and maintenance of material handling equipment, such as cranes, conveyors, and forklifts, to facilitate seamless production flow.
# Utilize the SAP PM Module for effective planning and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and increased productivity.
# Collaborate with the instrumentation and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
