Job summary –
We are looking for someone who can drive the business with a core marketing mind keeping
in place Growth, Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, Retention and Monetization. An individual
who can conduct market research and plan customized campaigns to increase product reach to
the end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sales Growth:
Lead the strategy to boost product sales across states by working closely with Inside Sales, onground business development and Business Analyst Representatives.
Develop sales enablement materials, training, and resources to support the sales team in closing
deals.
Revenue generation through Channel management:
Develop and implement statewise marketing plans aligned with the companys growth objectives.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to each state and adjust strategies
accordingly.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify market opportunities.
Develop a clear product vision, set goals, and establish objectives for growth.
Define and maintain a comprehensive
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer support, marketing,
and sales to align product development with company objectives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product
lifecycle.
Customer retention and product improvement:
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify areas for product
differentiation and growth opportunities.
Drive product improvements based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and programs to ensure successful product launches
and market penetration.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
Product and Business Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to shape product and business strategies in line with the companys
vision. Ensure alignment of product initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product teams to provide insights for new product development.
Explore partnerships and collaborations that align with growth objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, ecommerce, and product sales, preferably
in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving growth targets.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and product sales strategies.
