Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Plant Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, managing inventory levels, and controlling expenses. The Plant Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring optimal quality of the products and compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in managing and supervising plant operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in implementing process improvements Knowledge of quality management system standards such as ISO 9001:2015 Bachelor's /Diploma in Engineering or related field Experience in the packaging industry is a plus Project management skills and experience in managing budgets and controlling expensesJob tags
