Responsibilities
Position Objective: • Manage and mine Key accounts. • Generate and manage key business verticals independently with revenue Targets. • Team management – Nurture and Grow a team and be responsible for the team and their targets. Business Responsibility: • Front end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Absolute to an agreed annual target from existing clients. • Manage special projects end to end. • Manage Client requirements, project brief & event objectives. • Negotiate with clients & close the deal. • Create concept presentations & strategies to present to clients • Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams. • Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquiries. • Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events. • Work in collaboration with Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business. • Take empowered decisions regarding your team as well as business negotiations. • Market Intelligence: Identify and analyze competition and stay abreast with the latest event trends. • Manage client escalations with minimum involvement of Directors • Manage a Team and supervise & streamline their work • Constantly build on new themes, ideas, concepts and keep abreast with latest event trends & solutions for clients Client Management: • Understands customer requirements and provides timely solutions accordingly. • Build innovative strategies to retain key clients. • Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention. • Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately. • Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution. • Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention.

Qualifications
Experience : Candidate should have atleast 3-4 + years of experience in Event Industry or Advertising industry
