Job description
1. Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet quality standards. Recommending adjustments to the manufacturing process, effective implementation of Food Safety Quality Management System.
2. Executing inspection, testing of products, developing safety records.
3. Responsible for accepting or rejecting finished items, performing safety monitoring, documentation, evaluation and implementation.
4. Scheduling co-coordinating analysis for organic herbal products with external laboratories, accounted for evaluation and communication of results to the management.
5. Experience with handling external audits.
6. Implementing of GMP SOP s, QMS, SOP preparation to improve right quality, traceability and efficiency.
7. Pest monitoring and control, highlighting all deviations and making a corrective action plan with execution for all risk in the observation.
8. Responsible for maintaining regular cleaning records, providing quality documents.
9. Cooperating with domestic and export marketing team for issue of Lot no, manufacturing and expiry dates.
10 . Issue of FGTN, maintaining records of BMR and MSDS, Test reports for shipment.
11. Coordinating with auditors during external audits for providing documents.
12. Monitoring the organizations Quality Management System.
