Job description
Audits, monitors and coordinates data source, reviews for accuracy, completeness and inputs changes to ensure compliance with payroll processing guidelines.
Researches, documents, and responds to questions and issues from payroll specialists and supervisors related Direct Deposit compliance ensuring timely feedback.
Reviews, researches and assists other departments with reconciliation of Direct Deposit audit discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position s function.
Position Requirements0-1 years of experience in Office setting Preferred.
Good written English communication skills, customer service, problem Solving, attention to detail, computer knowledge especially Microsoft office, Word,and Excel required.
