Job description
- Independently manage shift activities and ensure coordination with other departments.

- Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of industrial experience, specifically in electrical maintenance and operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix electrical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Familiarity with modern electrical systems and automation tools.
- Capability to train and guide junior electricians and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory electrical standards.
