**Software Knowledge:** QuickBooks Online (QBO) & QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)

**Responsibilities:**
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks with a focus on US Accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD).
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
