About Company

insideFPV builds and sells drones for Consumers, Agriculture and Defence . We have been featured in SharkTank India Season 2 and is recognised among the top 100 emerging startups globally by TIE Global along with being the first runner up in Aarambh 2023 powered by Shiprocket . We are recoginsed by the Indian Army and have been nominated for Forbes Select 200 Companies . We have also been selected in top 100 Asian start-ups for X-PITCH 2023, Singapore and have been featured in Inc42 for the 30 trending startups of September 2023. We are focused on creating drones that are more affordable, reliable, and easy to use.

Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy, online and offlinedriving traffic and brand awareness
  • Manage and train the rest of the team
  • Ideate and create content for all digital marketing channels and offline channels.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns on all online and offline channels.
  • Craft cinematic video and image content that showcases the power and versatility of InsideFPV's products, captivating audiences and generating excitement for our brand.
  • Plan and execute product launches, drone racing competitions, arenas, and other marketing events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum brand exposure.
  • Expand our reach and engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn, creating innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and build a loyal community.
  • Be a catalyst for creative thinking, developing fresh marketing ideas and initiatives that push the boundaries of the drone industry.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Analyze marketing performance across all channels, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Prepare and manage the campaign's budget
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  • Motivate your team to achieve goals
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Identify advertising needs
  • Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
  • Create integrated and cost effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective PR strategies to secure positive media coverage and build brand awareness through press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor brand sentiment online and proactively address any negative press or customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with complementary brands and organizations to increase brand visibility and reach new markets.
  • Secure product placements in relevant media outlets, competitions, and events to showcase InsideFPV's products in action and drive brand recognition.
  • Develop and implement creative brand placement strategies that go beyond traditional advertising, such as sponsoring drone-related art installations or community initiatives.
  • Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
  • When required, represent the company at offline events and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company's online sales channels with fresh and relevant content
  • Maintain good relationships with media
  • Serve as the public face of the company in interviews and press conferences
  • Organize promotional events, press conferences, tours, visits, and exhibitions
  • Analyze media coverage; develop responses when needed
  • Conceptualize visually appealing multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and images, to convey technical information and showcase drone products effectively. Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling visual assets that enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role
  • 3 plus years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge of all different digital and offline marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online and offline marketing tools and best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
