Job Responsibilities


Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel. Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters sales targets guest feedbacks and action taken for service recovery and also any staff issues.

• 0810 years of experience with 2 years minimum experience as Operations Manager or as Director of Food and Beverage handling operations.
• Indepth knowledge of Domestic and International Markets F&B Trends and Statutory compliances.

Should have Customer Orientation Decision Making People Management Analytical ability Financial Acumen
