Job Description

Hi Below is the JD for Sales Support role in Eurofins Genomics, if you find you are fit enough, kindly share your updated CV to proceed further 

Preparing the quotation, filing tenders. Should have good GeM knowledge.

• Managing and organizing sales-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
• Maintaining tender and quotation data.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Address customer queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing product information, and pricing,
  • Liaise with other departments, such as customer service, finance, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience- 3-4 years

Qualification- Masters in Lifescience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
