Senior HR Business Partner
Mumbai, India Onsite As a HR Business Parner, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to the respetve business units & leaders. With a deep understanding of HR best practies, local laws and regulations, you align HR strategies with your businesses' unique needs, culture, and goals. You take lead on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development while ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives for the business.

Key Responsibilities: - Ability to have a strategic agenda on talent and its delivery on business. To lead HR services such as project management, support facilitation, coaching, advices, transformation, employee relations with continuous improvement mindset and methodology;
- The comfort of working in a matrix structure and dealing with the ambiguities
- The ability to influence and inspire stakeholderes and align them to the company and HR agenda and manage the day-to-day HR operations from Onboarding to end of employment activities and maintain HR Partnerships while participating in implementation of HR Strategy;
- Effectively manage employee relations issues, grievances and all disciplinary procedures in line with Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
- Implement and monitor the sourcing & recruitment tools, processes and strategies that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection efforts.

You bring: - Minimum 10-12 years expertise in recruiting, training and development areas in terms of implementing, delivering and monitoring short and long term programs.
- Understands the dynamics of the business and its implications on recruiting, training and development.
- MNC exposure preferred.
- Excellent organization skills with ability to take initiatives and manage priorities and deadlines.
- MBA in HR.
