Role Description

Just Loaf Hospitality is seeking a full-time, on-site Bakery Chef to join our team in Kozhikode. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. The Bakery Chef will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Baking, including breads, pastries, and desserts
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain inventory levels
• Experience with using various baking equipment and utensils
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role is preferred
• Certification in Baking and Pastry or a related field is prefered
