Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling our SaaS solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing, to ensure alignment with client requirements and objectives. • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, effectively presenting the benefits and value proposition of additional products or services. • Develop and execute strategic account plans, outlining key objectives, milestones, and action steps to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction. • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate customer needs and maintain a competitive edge. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, offering strategic guidance, insights, and best practices to help them leverage our SaaS solutions effectively and achieve their business objectives. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE IF YOU HAVE: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. •

3+ years of experience

in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry. • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to senior executives and key stakeholders. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to building long-term relationships. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events
