Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Amosta Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations and ensuring the success of our sales team. This includes overseeing sales processes, analyzing sales data, implementing sales strategies, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day sales operations
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and support
  • Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and evaluate sales processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Implement and maintain sales systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
