We are hiring for a senior UX Designer with a keen understanding of user behavior, clean design aesthetics and proactiveness to create impact with design.Required Experience and Skills:4 to 7 years of experience as a UX DesignerAny degree in product or design is preferredUnderstanding user behavior, needs, and discomforts using research methodsAnalyzing user data to inform design decisions, using both quantitative and qualitative methodsCollaborating with design teams to create user personas and scenariosConducting usability testing and iterative design improvementsEnsuring designs meet accessibility guidelinesLeading projects from concept to final design, keeping the user in focusUsing user research to inform design choicesMeasuring performance metrics to evaluate design impactRoles and responsibilities:Proficiency in various research methods and tools, such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data analysisPrevious experience implementing the design thinking process and a solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.Proficient in design software like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XDKnowledge of UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers and developersFamiliarity with design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar softwareExperience with accessibility and inclusive design is a plusContinuous learning and staying updated with UX trends and methodologiesCraft quick prototypes, and visual designs that effectively convey design concepts and solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
