Job Overview We are hiring a Sales Marketing Executive to join one of our clients, a retail firm based in Mananthavady. This is a full-time position in Wayanad, Kerala, India. As a Sales Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.
Qualifications And Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in marketing or related field is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our job consultancy services
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups and meetings
- Create engaging content for social media marketing and website promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Assist in organizing and participating in networking events and job fairs
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
