Job description
• Overseeing day-to-day projects, serving as primary contact between sponsor and stake holder
• Analyzing project information, campaign strategies and deciding upon approach
• Coordinating and managing delivery of multiple projects for clients
• Accountable for project status, client relationship, ensuring quality and service always meets expectation
• Identifying new strategies, approaches or workflows with clients for continues improvement
• Attending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on client requirements, deadlines and budgets
• Compiling and presenting reports & presentations on cost, quality & translation activities and account management
• Effectively communicating with Sponsor , Clients, Stakeholders and colleagues with ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction
