Role Description

1.As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling patients over the phone entirely.

2.Checking all positive & local patients data & call accordingly.

3.Provide maximum patient visit count to improve performance.

4.Take feedback in positive manner.

5. Maintain your all performance in excel sheet.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English
• Good telephone etiquette, active listening skills, and problem-solving ability
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred. Even graduate fresher's can apply for this position.
• Basic computer skills.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Depends on your last withdrawn.

Rotational Day shifts.

Rotational weekoff.
