Role Vision : Driving data-driven culture within Baazi Games and extracting business value out of data. Why this role will be a game changer for you : It will be responsible for establishing data-driven decision making thus directly contributing to growth of Baazi Games Growth Path of the Role: Become data champion for Baazi Games, responsible for delivering data driven insights and driving data driven culture across the organisation. Position Description- As a Business Analyst at Baazi you will be focused on delivering data analysis & insights to various functional teams, Some major Job Responsibilities include- Partner with Business (Product, Ops & Marketing) on delivering data insights/solutions. Develop and deliver data analysis/reports to be consumed by the management & other team. Support ad-hoc analysis as needed and be willing to do whatever it takes at a moment’s notice to capitalize on an impact creating opportunity. Handling and evolving all the existing customer support tools. Introducing and handling new tools required for automation and to improve the efficiency of the existing tasks. Process automation and new development tasks in coordination with Engineering team and customer support team. Requirements- 2-3+ years of business and data analytics experience. 2+ year SQL, database querying & management experience. Card gaming industry/customer support domain experience is preferable. A data driven and problem-solving mindset to improve the business growth & performance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous work environment.Job tags
