General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: In this role you will manage complex Consulting projects and be responsible for the selling, execution and profitability of the project. You will monitor the project on a continuous basis by identifying potential risks and resolving them through innovative reliable tools and methodology deployed by motivated staff. Our clients—some of the world’s leading companies—operate large-scale business service operations, often across many locations and with a variety of different technologies. Your job will be to help them on their journey to achieving digital finance transformation. We want you to be inspired to inspire our clients and people so you will also be expected to:

Drive Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM) development within the expert community and DGEM deployment for your Client(s) Operate as Subject Matter Expert, recognized as a “guru”/expert in application of process(s) specialism Think strategically to see the bigger picture for clients, understanding emerging trends and disruptions Plays a key role in the development of new tools, PoV and methodologies individually and through networks (e.g. centres of excellence) Have strong understanding of business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations to drive process improvements Have good understanding of the business, its’s volatilities and the impact on organizational finances and service. Influence senior clients on project to deliver impact and results with stakeholders Demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention Have built-up a number of tools to facilitate at all levels and can facilitates groups of senior internal and/or client staff

Primary Skills: Execute a work stream and its deliverables within a project Demonstrate attitudes and behaviors on engagements that result in outstanding delivery and quality Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales and commercial awareness/acumen Understand and track the market and potential client’s business challenges Have excellent knowledge of technological products and solutions available on the market and has awareness of their strengths and weaknesses and can suggest technology related improvements within the given area of expertise Drive development of your area through operational activities such as; recruitment, Learning & Development, Talent management Encourage, support, and enable individuals, exploring new ways to engage them and help identify the greater contributions they can make to the business. Sets and communicates vision, goals and objectives in an inspiring and motivational manner and ensures staff have career and development plans and that these are achievable.

Secondary Skills: Participate in or leads successful recruiting efforts, evaluating candidates against organization / project needs and position/role demands Actively participate in the product positioning (e.g. by attending and speaking at different conferences and events, publishing articles, etc.) Display/demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention Share knowledge that can be used to drive new business development in our target markets
