Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Agent. The Front Office Agent will be responsible for receptionist duties, check-in, front office operations, customer service, and communication with guests. The Front Office Agent will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments within the hotel to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience teo years in front office operations
• Experience in receptionist duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing reservations
• Fluency in English and Arabic. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Certificate or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields
• Experience in using Opera system (cloud version) is a plus
