Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager /Sr Manager of Channel Sales. The Manager/Sr Manager of Channel Sales will be responsible for managing and developing the company's channel sales network, dealer network, distribution network, Primary & Secondary Sales, creating and executing channel partner strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager/ Sr Manager of Channel Sales will also be responsible for sales management and achieving sales targets.

• Channel Sales and Channel Partners skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work independently
• Experience in the laminates or construction materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
