Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social Media (SMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality conversions to our website and meeting the targeted New customer acquisition objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate having hands-on experience for a minimum of 5 years out of 8- 10 years of overall experience in a performance marketing agency.
• End to end experience managing Paid Search and Social campaigns in Europe and U.S. markets.
• 100% Full-time Work From Office – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a plan and set up Paid ad campaigns for new customer acquisition through our websites.
• Meet and exceed campaign goals with the defined Cost per Order and Cost per Acquisition metrics.
• Managing a team of specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic. Guide and monitor day to day campaigns run by the team.
• In charge of managing end to end Paid media campaign process and delivery.
• Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders and Senior management.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g. content, design, and sales) to develop and implement effective landing pages and ad copies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine marketing trends and industry developments.
• Good knowledge of validating and managing paid media billing and invoice processes.

Project Requirements:

Skill Required:

• Years of Experience: 8 - 12 years
• Good understanding Paid media ecosystem and contacts with leading Performance marketing agencies
• Strong understanding of running campaigns on metrics – CPA, CPC, CPV, CPO.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Experience of managing FB ads and other social media paid campaigns towards conversion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to create deep analysis and decision making based on campaign data from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• International experience: Europe, US, UK etc in PPC & Paid Social.
• Good experience in Advanced Excel

Additional Note:

• Education Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA is preferred.
• Nature of Job: Permanent Payroll
• Shift Time: 10 AM to 6 PM IST
