Job Opportunity: Performance/Digital Marketing Executive

Join our team at Orange Cup Marcom, where we are seeking an experienced Performance/Digital Marketing Executive with a background in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) industry, specifically in a performance marketing role for 1-2 years.

As an Online Performance Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to devise and execute comprehensive e-commerce advertising strategies that drive performance and meet Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage various digital channels and tactics to optimize online campaigns, enhancing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

About the Role: As an Online Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce advertising strategies for our activewear apparel brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online campaigns and enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and independently manage digital acquisition activities that drive online sales for an e-commerce activewear apparel brand. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Create a Growth Plan for the business based on the agreed objectives and targets. Drive website traffic and acquire users on a Daily / Monthly basis (Performance Marketing). Developing & executing online strategy/designing campaigns for the brand and product line. Planning and executing the complete communication strategy for such campaigns with the help of designers, and others. Manage integration with third-party tools such as Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Wati, etc. to achieve acquisition objectives. Optimize the landing pages for search engine and social marketing campaigns. Work on a budget to achieve maximum ROI, and reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level. Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a performance marketing role for 1-2 years, preferably in e-commerce/D2C apparel Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads for running E-commerce campaigns Strong creative thinking and collaboration skills Knowledge of advertising, driving online sales, ROAS, and strategies to improve traffic and conversions Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools Passion for sports, fitness, health, and wellness is a plus
