Summary
Company: Skalegrow Private Limited Position: Content and Social Media Manager Location: Remote/Bangalore Job type: Full time Overview Skalegrow is a B2B marketing agency that helps companies in the IT, tech, SaaS, robotics, and embedded systems industries grow with marketing. This position will primarily focus on creating different forms of content and managing social media profiles for Skalegrow’s clients. It will also involve supporting Skalegrow’s own content creation efforts. Note: Please read the job description completely and apply only if you think the role fits you. Key responsibilities Write content for Skalegrow’s client projects. Create different forms of content such as blog posts, video scripts, case studies, social media posts, etc., to help clients exhibit thought leadership and generate leads. Work closely with the SEO specialist to create SEO-optimized content for various projects. Coordinate with the design team to create different forms of graphics required for content creation – such as social media banners, infographics, case study documents, etc. Work as a liaison between clients and the Skalegrow team to deliver content-related projects. Support Skalegrow’s own content creation efforts on a need basis. Manage and create content for the social media accounts of Skalegrow’s clients. Consistently work on increasing the reach and followers of Skalegrow’s clients’ social media accounts. Desired skills and qualifications An experience of 1 to 2 years in content writing and social media management (primarily LinkedIn). Experience writing content for B2B companies is a must-have. Basic graphic design skills are desired. Good communication skills with the ability to manage content projects for Skalegrow. A basic understanding of SEO will be an advantage. Experience using different content writing tools such as a grammar checker, rephrasing tools, and plagiarism tools is good to have. Knowledge of IT, SaaS, embedded systems, and tech industries will be a huge plus. Experience growing B2B social media handles will be an added advantage.
