Job Description Qualification Requirements: .MBA/ Postgraduate with relevant experience
Experience & Exposure Requirements: .Minimum 1yrs of relevant experience in HR Operational activities.
.Knowledge of entire gamut of HR.
Roles & Responsibilities: .HR Operations: On boarding, new joiner Background verification etc. Follows the establishes standards and procedures without any gaps.
.Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies in coordination with the Manager.
.Employee details custodian - accurate employee database, e-employee records, employee files, Employee Record Keeping / Database Updating and Management.
.Employee Engagement - Conducting engagement activities, scheduling meetings, group discussions etc.
.HRIS Management - Updating of HRIS system and record keeping.
.Training & development - Able to handle training coordinator role.
.Handle Level one queries.
.Preparation of different HR letters.
Essential Skills / Competencies: .Good Communication Skills
.Evidence in maintaining and practicing strong confidentiality.
.Excellent Organization skills.
.Attention to details and Hands on, operational, data focused and strong understanding of HR Operations.
