Job Description:
As the Brand Manager at Anandco Sporting Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness across various digital platforms and event exhibitions. You will play a key role in shaping the company's identity and effectively communicating our values and offerings to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the sports industry.
Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Manage social media platforms and community engagement initiatives, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience and building brand loyalty.
Plan and coordinate participation in sports events, exhibitions, and trade shows, ensuring a compelling brand presence and memorable experiences for attendees.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics, event performance data, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in digital marketing and event management, leveraging insights to enhance brand initiatives.
Develop partnerships and sponsorships with relevant influencers, athletes, and organisations to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
Provide regular reports and updates on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or event exhibition management, preferably in the sports industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns across digital platforms and event channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
